Eggs of Luc & Miranda

The Easter Bunny visited our home again this year. With their Dora buckets in hand, Luc and Miranda went on their quest to find their candy-filled loot.

Our long-earred house crasher left 22 eggs filled with 3 Smarties eggs each, which meant each of my children enjoyed a 33-Smarties-egg sugar-buzz for the rest of the day until the arrival of their gramma, uncle, aunt, cousins, including a cousin's newly-introduced boyfriend, for Easter Dinner.

Surprisingly, I didn't take any pictures of the dinner. Odd that. But we had a great time, and on the menu was ham with pineapple sauce, herbed potatoes, spring salad with balsamic vinaigrette, cornbread, and steamed carrots. My sister-in-law made some yummy brownies which, coupled with the ice cream that they brought also, made a perfect dessert and wonderful ending to a meal shared with family.
