It's Definitely Fall!

Here are some pictures of us preparing for colder weather. Hubby's doing some weeding and cleaning of the veggie garden for the winter, while the kids look on and occasionally "help".

And of course, it wouldn't be fall without the many change-of-weather colds and flus. Hubby's had a flu shot, but the kids and I have not. I'm still not convinced that flu shots are any good. Hubby's already had a couple of colds. Luc's had one, and I've had a couple also. My colds never seem to last as long as the ones my hubby gets... I wonder what that means...

Anyway, during my last bout, hubby took the kids to his mom's place for a while to give me a chance to rest and maybe catch some sleep. On the way back home, Mims fell asleep, so when they got home, he placed her on the other couch close to her sleeping mom.
